I was delighted by the service provided by 999-Design. They were extremely efficient and understood immediately what I was hoping to achieve. At the end of my renovation I asked them to find me an investment property which they did with expediency and professionalism although it was outside their remit. They helped me with the conveyancing and then quickly renovated the flat so that it was ready to put on the rental market. I was impressed by how much money they saved me through thoughtful alternative suggestions, and the finished flat looked better than I could have imagined. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them—whether for a minor update or a full renovation.

I had a few areas in my house that were crying out for help however I was hesitant about hiring an interior designer having heard from other friends about their runaway fees and unforeseen charges. This is what I liked about 999-Design; that they were completely transparent from the word go and at no time did I feel that I was being bamboozled into choosing expensive and unnecessary items, in fact it was quite the opposite. They suggested cheaper options which worked incredibly well. I was amazed.that I could save money instead of having to spend more. I felt that we got true value for money and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

I was really impressed with 999-Design’s ethos and their creativity. I had a few rooms in my house that needed upgrading. They were quick to suggest reasonable and effective ideas that made a huge difference to each room. They were great at holding my hand during this process and were always at the end of the phone to discuss any concerns that I had, I felt totally reassured by their ability and they came up with some very clever solutions that I would not have considered. It all worked and I am forever grateful to them. My husband was delighted too as was reticent about spending more money on the house.
